Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to let us know so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

- Escalation If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff. We will review your complaint and respond within ten working days of receiving it.
- Independent Redress If, after receiving our final response, you remain dissatisfied, or if eight weeks have passed since you first raised your complaint, you can refer your case to the Property Redress Scheme, of which we are proud members.
