How the Holiday Home Listing Service Works

We list architecturally significant holiday homes on behalf of owners. Guests can either contact you directly for bookings or be directed to a third-party booking site of your choosing. We do not handle the bookings ourselves but provide a platform to showcase your property.

Types of Properties We Accept

We only choose places we think our community will love. We are selective about the properties we list, focusing on homes with architectural significance or unique design elements. If you think your property fits our criteria, we’d love to discuss it with you.

Cost to List Your Property

We charge a six-month membership fee of £200 (plus VAT), or an annual fee of £380 (plus VAT), to list your property on our website. If you don’t already have professional photography that we can use to advertise your property, there is an additional charge for that service. There are no fees for bookings or enquiries generated through the site.
