For Owners—How It Works
We list modernist homes that are available to hire as locations for film, photography, and other creative projects. Your property will be showcased on our website, and production companies can contact you directly with enquiries. We don’t handle bookings ourselves but provide a platform to connect you with the right people.
Types of Properties We Accept
We focus on mid-century and modernist homes, as well as outstanding contemporary houses with modernist sensibilities. From flats and houses with original features to new builds, or brutalist landmarks with vintage interiors, these are the kinds of properties production companies regularly seek. If you think your home fits, we’d love to hear from you.
Cost to List Your Property
We charge a six-month membership fee of £200 (plus VAT), or an annual fee of £380 (plus VAT), to list your property on our website.
Listings are based on you supplying professional photography. If you don’t already have this, we can arrange a photoshoot for an additional fee. Photography is not included in the membership fee. There are no additional charges for bookings or enquiries generated through the site.
Applying to List Your Property
Email us with details of your home, along with some images. We’ll review it to see if it’s suitable for our portfolio. If accepted, we’ll send you a short questionnaire and agreement before adding your property to the site.

Things to Consider
Offering your home as a shoot location can be rewarding, but it’s important to be aware of the risks. Production companies are generally respectful and professional, yet accidents can happen — no matter how organised a team may be. Most issues are minor, such as small scuffs or redecoration, and these are the responsibility of the hirer to cover. Larger losses are protected by the client’s public liability insurance, which all production companies are expected to have in place.
